Your card and billing details go directly to Dodo Payments. We don't receive your full card number.
Your IP address is processed briefly by Cloudflare to deliver the site and to limit repeated checkout attempts. We don't store it in our order database.
Legal basis
We process this data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse.
Who processes it
- Dodo Payments: Merchant of Record for payment, tax, receipts, the customer portal and storing the kit. It acts under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, security and privacy-friendly web analytics.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order and consent records for as long as you may need the download and as tax and legal rules require. Download logs are kept for up to 12 months. Support emails are kept while they're useful for your order.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or limit its use, and complain to your data protection authority. Email us to do this. We may have to keep records the law requires.
Children
The kit is for adults. If you are under 18, please buy with a parent or guardian.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
